Man Marries Dog of the Day: A Toowoomba resident named Joseph Guiso gathered his family and friends in The Garden City’s Laurel Bank Park to exchange vows with his true love: A five-year-old Labrador named Honey.

“You’re my best friend and you make every part of my day better,” Guiso told his dog, as the officiant looked on. Apparently the newlyweds decided to take the plunge after stumbling across a wedding during an afternoon stroll through the park. “I said that could be us,” Guiso is quoted as saying. “She didn’t say anything so I took that as a yes.”

It’s official: This world is truly going to the dogs.
